Ban Appeals

If you are here, it is likely because you have been banned from our Discord server or Revolt.chat server and you wish to appeal for your ban. You are in the right place. This article will explain how to appeal for your ban.

If you think your appeal is incorrect, you can appeal without waiting. Making a claim like this is serious. Before making a claim like this, check the reason for your ban in your DMs with Dyno.

If your ban is correct though, you must wait at least 2 weeks before appealing if this is your first time being banned. If this is your second time, then you must wait at least 2 months before appealing. If this is your 3rd time, then you can not appeal anymore.

To submmit a ban appeal for Matthew's Development either for the Discord server or the Revolt.chat server, open a ticket (Can be opened by emailing [email protected] or by clicking "Submit Ticket" at the top right of this knowledgebase) and provide us with the following:

- Your Discord username or Revolt.chat username (depending on which platform you are appealing a ban for). Put in your Discord/Revolt ID if you are worried we can't find you due to username change

- The reason why you should be unbanned. This is your chance to reason with us on why you think your ban is incorrect or you learned from your mistakes and deserve a second chance.

- Any additional information we need to know about (optional)

If you are banned for the following reasons, then we will not accept your ban appeal

- Engaging in illegal activities and scamming

- Breaking Discord's or Revolt's ToS or Community Guidelines.

- Underaged (may not be appealable until you are 16 even when the digital age of consent in your country is under 16).
